Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received by January 9, 2015. If notification is received after this date, 25% of the registration fee will be retained. There will be no refund if we are notified after January 23, 2015.
Notice to our Exhibitors:

It has come to our attention that a company called EHS – Exhibitors Housing Services – has been contacting our exhitors as PaperWeek’s official show managers. Please take note that this company is a SCAM company, please DO NOT give them information or business.

Our official show suppliers are GES CANADA (for booths, furniture, etc.), AV EXPERIENCE (Mr. John Simpson) for audio-visual needs, NALSI (Mr. Robert Vieira) for custom brokerage needs, and the Queen Elizabeth hotel for any electrical requirements, hotel reservations and/or other hotel oriented requirements. These suupliers are currently updating their order forms for this year’s PaperWeek tradeshow and they will be posted soon in the Exhibitors section of the PaperWeek Canada website.

We have lodged a formal complaint against EHS with relevant government agencies, but encourage you to also do so if you have been contacted -- Competition Bureau (http://www.competitionbureau.gc.ca/eic/site/cb-bc.nsf/eng/h_00019.html).
