Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be made if notice of cancellation is received by 15 Jan 2016. If notification is received after this date, 25% of the registration fee will be retained. There will be no refund if we are notified after 22 Jan 2016.
Hotel Accommodations:
can be booked directly at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel at a rate of $179/night (standard room) by calling 514-861-3511 and quoting code PAPER0216. Rooms must be booked by 15 Jan 2016 to secure the PaperWeek negotiated group rate.
Unfortunately, it has been brought to our attention that there continue to be multiple companies contacting our past attendees and exhibitors claiming to represent PAPTAC offering “assistance” with registration and hotel bookings.

Three such companies that are aggressively cold-calling and spamming are Exhibitor Housing Management, Exhibition Housing and Expo Housing.

To be clear, these companies, or others similar to them, are NOT IN ANY WAY AFFILIATED WITH PAPTAC and are not authorized to use our name or trademark in any solicitations. Please remain vigilant and do not share your personal or credit information with these scammers. Attendees and Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel reservations, no third party is authorized to contact you directly, either by phone or email, in this regard. Hotel reservations may be made by calling the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel directly or following the instructions and links on this page.

PAPTAC is working through the proper channels to stop the deceptive practices of these companies and apologize for their annoying behavior.
